Shipping and Return Policy

Processing your order

We aim to send out all orders received Monday and Thursday within 24 hours subject to conformation of payment, address verification and availability of stock. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.

Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.

Sale Items

All sale items are non-refundable and final.

Delivery

We offer free delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for for all UK orders. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 3 – 5 working days.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £150.00 by Royal Mail Airsure for all international orders. The standard delivery charge for all orders to a value of £150 is £8.00. Overseas deliveries are subject to all import duties and taxes. These orders can also be subject to delay due to Customs & Excise examination for imported goods. Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union. Caitlin O’Neill Jewellery Ltd can not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
